The idea of establishing Greco home emerged from the common belief amongst friends and partners, that a properly structured company with a spirit of cooperation and professionalism, could provide to citizens of other countries, continents, essential services by giving them the opportunity to buy a property in Greece, travel border – free within the European Union having obtained the residency permit, and finally, enable people from foreign countries to experience Greece and immigrate to a land of history, sea and sun.

PROPERTY PURCHASE SERVICES

  • Property search Services and selection Procedure Services.
  • Legal Research of the deeds in order to reassure that property/investment certificates are fully legitimate including building permits, titles of ownership, architectural blueprints, energy certificates etc.
  • Property valuation.
  • Negotiation and mediation.

RESIDENCY PERMIT SERVICES

  • Collect all relevant documents ascertaining the purchase of the property, which are required for the issuance of the residence permit.
  • File all relevant applications and initiate all the procedures provided by the law.
  • Submit the relevant application to the public authorities and collect the temporary residence permit.
  • Follow the course of the immigration application until the issuance of the final residence permit.
  • Deliver the residence permit.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AFTER SALE SERVICES

Our after sale service helps all of our clients after their purchase and well beyond. It is absolutely vital for us to help clients through the latter stages of property ownership – to help and guide them with the legal formalities, to ensure the property is in perfect condition, to help connecting the utilities.

  • Nomination as tax representative (obligatory by the Greek law).
  • Arrange all the tax issues concerning your property and annual tax reports.

ADVISORY AND CONSULTING SERVICES

The Advisory and Consulting Services include all the services required to be provided by legal, investment and market experts as well as accountants for the application and obtainment of a residence permit in Greece. Our team of experts is taking care of all the formalities provided by the Greek Law and the procedures related to the Greek authorities.
